Shipping policy

We make all our shipments by certified mail. In Spain there are two delivery attempts; whenever this could not be carried out, the buyer will receive a postal notice and will have to go to the Post Office to pick up their package.

Normally shipments to the peninsula take from 2 to 5 days. Those directed to the islands (Canary and Balearic Islands) can take 48 more hours. In the case of Europe, the wait is from 7 to 14 days. Finally, they usually arrive in America 1 month after the purchase.

These deadlines are indicative, since they depend on the post offices and, where appropriate, customs.

NOTE: on orders outside Europe, additional charges required at customs are beyond our control and, therefore, we cannot be held responsible for them. We recommend that you to check the current situation in your country before placing your order to avoid cost overruns and other unforeseen problems.
