EXCHANGES POLICY

Exchanges in Spain are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment and are 100% free the first time.

The item must be unused, with the label attached and in perfect condition.

The shirts are checked one by one each time they are packaged, so to date there have not been any that have been damaged. If you still see something strange, write to us at hello@ridemefive.com.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days, from the date of receipt of their order, to cancel their purchase made at Ride Me Five.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is necessary that you notify us through a letter that you will have to send by email at hello@ridemefive.com or by completing our withdrawal form available here: Submit a withdrawal request.

After communicating your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal of the order, you will have an additional 14 days to return it, sending it to Inbound Logistica at the following address: calle de la Tecnología 1, 28906 Getafe, Madrid (Spain).

You can make your return by ordinary mail or through any other carrier at your expense.

If you give up before the order leaves our facilities, you will be refunded the full amount of the order in the same form of payment used for the purchase.

The term for the refund will be a maximum of 14 calendar days from the withdrawal.
